PRESIDENT'S REPORT FOR YEAR
ENDING 23/8/03.
Through out the past year the
Association has made steady progress in a number of areas, they being:-

(1) |
the building of a new web site |
|
(2) |
the running of the pre-selection |
|
(3) |
the review of the show rules |
|
(4) |
the planning for the 2006 National Show |
|
(5) |
the Colour and Standards Committee |
I would like to thank all
persons who were involved in building the web site, and those who were
members of the various sub-committee's for their time and devotion to the
tasks given to them.
Further I would like to thank
my fellow executive officers and committee for their help and support
during the past year. I would like to express my gratitude to our show
manager, Peter Lane, for the work he did during the year with the
preparation of the pre-selection and holding of the team at his place, and
the manning of the stand at Pet Expo.
During the year a social
B.B.Q. was held at Lota, and I would like to thank Bill and Pat Sedgwick
for organising it, and it is envisaged that it is the first of many more
to come.
I would like to see this
Association to continue on a steady path as it plans for the 2006
Nationals.
